CiCi's is in Colonial Square, across Manchester from the Hacienda Restaurant, a bit west of McKnight.
CiCi's is a very reasonably priced pizza buffet restaurant with booths, tables, picnic tables and a small video arcade. It is family-friendly and seems used to having large groups show up and commandeer tables.
